- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- File and maintain all necessary payroll records and documentation.
- Stay up-to-date on all payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Work closely with HR to ensure all employee information is accurate and up-to-date in the payroll system.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or discrepancies with employee pay.
- Process and reconcile any payroll adjustments, such as bonuses, commissions, and benefits.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports to relevant departments and management.
- Assist with year-end payroll tasks, such as W-2 preparation and distribution.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll and provide exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary payroll information.
- Continuously review and improve payroll processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Train and mentor junior payroll professionals as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of all payroll information and adhere to data protection policies.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives related to payroll as assigned by management.

Extensive Experience In Payroll Processing: A Senior Payroll Professional / Payroll Professional At Ppl Corp. Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Payroll Processing, Including Knowledge Of Applicable Laws And Regulations.
Strong Analytical Skills: The Role Requires The Ability To Analyze Complex Payroll Data And Identify Any Discrepancies Or Errors. A Senior Payroll Professional / Payroll Professional Should Have Strong Analytical Skills To Effectively Manage And Reconcile Payroll Information.
Knowledge Of Payroll Systems: Ppl Corp. May Use Various Payroll Systems, And A Senior Payroll Professional / Payroll Professional Should Have Experience With These Systems Or Be Able To Quickly Learn And Adapt To New Systems.
Attention To Detail: Payroll Processing Requires A High Level Of Accuracy To Ensure Employees Are Paid Correctly And On Time. A Senior Payroll Professional / Payroll Professional Should Have Excellent Attention To Detail To Catch Any Errors Or Inconsistencies In Payroll Data.
