Risk Management Analyst

PPL Corp. is searching for an experienced Risk Management Analyst to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for assessing, mitigating, and monitoring risks associated with the organization's operations. As the Risk Management Analyst, you will use your expertise to evaluate potential risks and develop strategies to protect the organization’s assets.We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and has comprehensive knowledge of the principles of risk management. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze financial and operational data to identify areas of concern and recommend solutions to reduce risks. The successful applicant will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.To qualify for this role, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in risk management or a related field. 4. Proactively identify potential risks and create methods for mitigating them.
5. Educate staff on risk management principles and best practices.
6. Maintain and update risk management policies and procedures.
7. Monitor compliance with risk management practices and recommend corrective actions.
8. Research and analyze emerging risks and trends in the industry.
9. Develop and maintain risk registers and risk management databases.
10. Prepare reports and presentations on risk management activities.
