Job Description

At PPL Corp, we are looking for an experienced Regulatory Affairs Manager to provide oversight of regulatory compliance activities in the US and foreign markets. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of all regulatory programs and ensuring that the company adheres to all applicable regulations.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as science, engineering, medicine, business or law. You should have at least 5 years of experience in regulatory affairs, familiarity with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines, and experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries. Strong knowledge of international requirements, particularly in Europe and Asia, is also desirable.You should be highly organized and have excellent communication skills, both oral and written. You must be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and have the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop, maintain, and oversee regulatory programs and compliance activities in the US and foreign markets
  2. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines
  3. Maintain knowledge of international requirements, particularly in Europe and Asia
  4. Establish and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  5. Monitor and evaluate new and existing regulations
  6. Prepare and submit documentation to regulatory bodies
  7. Provide guidance on regulatory strategy and risk management
  8. Identify and address potential regulatory risks
  9. Develop effective solutions to resolve regulatory issues
  10. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  11. Monitor industry trends and changes in regulations
  12. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of regulatory activities
  13. Provide training to staff on regulatory compliance
  14. Participate in relevant professional organizations and conferences
