  4. Create and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  5. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Extensive Experience In Project Management: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 5-7 Years Of Experience In Project Management, Preferably In The Development Field. They Should Have A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Leading And Delivering Complex Projects On Time And Within Budget.

  • Strong Leadership Skills: A Project Leader/Manager Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Developers. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Project Goals.

  • Technical Expertise: A Strong Understanding Of Development Technologies And Processes Is Essential For A Project Leader/Manager. This Includes Knowledge Of Programming Languages, Software Development Methodologies, And Project Management Tools.

  • Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For A Project Leader/Manager To Collaborate With Stakeholders, Manage Expectations, And Resolve Conflicts. They Should Also Have Strong Interpersonal Skills To Build And Maintain Relationships With Team Members And Other Departments.

  • Project Management Certification: While Not Mandatory, Having A Project Management Certification Such As Pmp Or Prince2 Can Demonstrate The Candidate's Knowledge And Skills In Project Management. It Also Shows A Commitment To Continuously Improving Their Project Management Abilities.
