Strong Leadership Skills: A Project Leader/Manager Must Have Excellent Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Developers. This Includes The Ability To Delegate Tasks, Provide Guidance, And Motivate Team Members To Achieve Project Goals.
Technical Expertise: A Strong Understanding Of Development Technologies And Processes Is Essential For A Project Leader/Manager. This Includes Knowledge Of Programming Languages, Software Development Methodologies, And Project Management Tools.
Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Effective Communication Is Crucial For A Project Leader/Manager To Collaborate With Stakeholders, Manage Expectations, And Resolve Conflicts.
