As a Material Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of materials to support our operations.   1. Develop and maintain inventory management strategies to ensure timely delivery of materials to support operations.
  2. Monitor inventory levels and usage patterns to identify potential shortages and proactively address them.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine material requirements and establish procurement plans.
  4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory levels, deliveries, and supplier information.
  5. Communicate regularly with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
  6. Analyze data and provide reports on inventory levels, usage, and cost to support decision-making processes.
  7. Implement cost-saving initiatives and strategies to optimize inventory management.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to materials and inventory management.
  9. Participate in the development and implementation of new supply chain processes and systems.
  10. Provide support and guidance to other team members as needed.
  11. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in supply chain and inventory management.
  12. Continuously identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for process enhancements.
  13. Maintain a safe and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
  14. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.
  15. Adhere to strict deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Materials Planning Or Procurement In A Manufacturing Or Utility Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Make Data-Driven Decisions.

  • Proficiency In Using Materials Planning Software And Erp Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate And Negotiate With Vendors And Internal Stakeholders.
