  1. Oversee and manage all aspects of warehousing and inventory management for PPL Corp.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels and ensure accurate inventory tracking.
  3. Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for adjustments to meet business needs.
  4. Coordinate with various departments to forecast demand and plan for inventory needs.
  5. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, transactions, and warehouse activities.
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards in the warehouse.
  7. Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  8. Lead and develop a team of warehouse and inventory management staff.
  9. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of inventory.
  10. Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  11. Coordinate with other departments, such as procurement and finance, to manage inventory budgets and expenses.
  12. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehousing and inventory management.
  14. Address any issues or challenges that arise in the warehouse and inventory management processes.
  15. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and encourage development and growth within the team.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Warehousing And Inventory Management, Preferably In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Control Principles And Best Practices, Including Inventory Forecasting, Cycle Counting, And Inventory Optimization.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team.

  • Familiarity With Warehouse Management Systems And Experience Implementing Process Improvements To Increase Efficiency And Accuracy.
