- Develop and implement a comprehensive DEI strategy and action plan for the organization.
- Lead and manage all DEI initiatives and programs, ensuring they align with the company's values and goals.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate DEI principles into all aspects of the organization's policies, processes, and practices.
- Conduct regular assessments of the organization's diversity and inclusion efforts, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on DEI issues, providing guidance and support to leadership and employees.
- Develop and deliver training and educational programs on diversity, equity, and inclusion topics to increase awareness and promote a culture of inclusivity.
- Foster a safe and inclusive work environment for all employees, addressing any concerns or issues that arise.
- Partner with HR to ensure recruitment, hiring, and promotion practices promote diversity and equity.
- Collaborate with external organizations and community groups to identify and implement best practices for promoting diversity and inclusion.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to DEI, and make recommendations for improvement and innovation.
- Monitor and report on the organization's progress towards DEI goals and initiatives, presenting findings to senior leadership.
- Mentor and develop a team of DEI professionals, promoting a culture of growth and development.
- Serve as a spokesperson and advocate for DEI initiatives both internally and externally.
- Represent the organization in DEI-related events and conferences.
- Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of DEI efforts and make adjustments as needed to ensure the organization remains a leader in promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Diversity, Equity, And Inclusion (Dei) Management Or Related Field.
Strong Knowledge Of Current Dei Trends And Best Practices.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Collaborate With Diverse Teams.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Develop And Implement Dei Strategies And Initiatives Across An Organization.
