  1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies and initiatives to support the business objectives of PPL Corp.
  2. Act as a trusted advisor and partner to leaders and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  3. Conduct regular meetings with leaders and employees to understand their needs and address any HR-related issues or concerns.
  4. Collaborate with HR team members to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices across the organization.
  5. Lead the recruitment and selection process for assigned business units, ensuring a diverse and qualified candidate pool.
  6. Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee development, and career progression.
  7. Proactively identify and resolve employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
  8. Conduct training and development sessions for employees on various HR-related topics.
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in HR, and recommend improvements to current practices and processes.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support company-wide initiatives and projects.
  11. Analyze HR data and metrics to identify trends and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  12. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to HR.
  13. Participate in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  14. Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
  15. Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as staffing agencies and educational institutions, to support recruitment and talent development efforts.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience Working In A Hr Business Partner Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Hr Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Influence Others.

  • Experience Working In A Corporate Environment, Preferably In The Energy Or Utilities Industry.
