  1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
  2. Support the onboarding process for new hires, including completing paperwork, setting up employee files, and assisting with orientation.
  3. Contribute to the development and implementation of various HR programs and initiatives, such as employee engagement activities, performance management, and training and development.
  4. Maintain HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  5. Assist with benefits administration by enrolling new employees, handling inquiries, and maintaining records.
  6. Conduct research and provide recommendations on HR best practices and trends.
  7. Assist with employee relations matters, including investigating and resolving employee complaints.
  8. Participate in HR meetings and take minutes as needed.
  9. Provide support in organizing and coordinating company events and programs.
  10. Collaborate with other departments and team members to ensure a positive employee experience.
  11. Contribute to the creation and updating of HR policies and procedures.
  12. Complete special projects and assignments as assigned by HR management.
  13. Stay up-to-date on HR laws and regulations and assist with ensuring compliance.
  14. Assist with ad-hoc tasks and duties as needed to support the HR team.
