- Develop and implement the enterprise architecture strategy for PPL Corp, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Lead and manage a team of architects to drive innovation and continuous improvement in the company's technology landscape.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and requirements, and translate them into actionable technology solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in the energy industry and use that knowledge to inform the company's technology roadmap.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes and identify opportunities for optimization and modernization.
- Develop and maintain architecture frameworks, principles, and policies to ensure consistency and standardization across the organization.

Extensive Experience In Enterprise Architecture: The Ideal Candidate For This Role Should Have A Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Architecture, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing And Managing Large-Scale Architecture Projects.
Strong Technical Knowledge: The Head Of Enterprise Architecture Should Possess A Deep Understanding Of Enterprise Architecture Principles, Frameworks, And Methodologies, As Well As Emerging Technologies And Industry Trends. They Should Also Have Experience In Designing And Implementing Complex Enterprise-Wide Solutions.
