Job Description

PPL Corp. is looking for a highly motivated, detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team! We are searching for a candidate with a strong financial background and a desire to use their expertise to help our company reach its financial goals. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration and at least two years of experience in a financial analysis role. They should also have an excellent understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. We are looking for a candidate who is able to think critically, analyze data, and make recommendations to senior leadership. The Financial Analyst will have the opportunity to collaborate with PPL Corp.’s executive team to develop and implement strategies for long-term success. Responsibilities:

  1. Generate financial models, budgets, forecasts, and reports.
  2. Analyze financial data and make recommendations to senior leadership.
  3. Collaborate with executive team to develop and implement strategies for long-term success.
  4. Monitor performance metrics and make adjustments to optimize performance.
  5. Produce ad hoc reports to support the decision-making processes of senior leadership.
  6. Prepare financial statements and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  7. Research and analyze industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities.
  8. Provide support in the preparation of presentations for senior leadership.
  9. Assist with financial audits, as needed.
  10. Stay up-to-date on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices.
