  1. Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints, providing prompt and accurate solutions.
  3. Handle a high volume of customer calls, emails, and in-person interactions with efficiency and attention to detail.
  4. Maintain a thorough understanding of company products and services to effectively answer customer questions and provide recommendations.
  5. Process customer orders, payments, and returns accurately and in a timely manner.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate as needed.
  7. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.
  8. Continuously monitor and improve customer satisfaction by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
  9. Stay up-to-date on industry developments, company policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and consistent information is provided to customers.
  10. Assist with training new team members on customer service processes and procedures.
  11. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical behavior.
  12. Collaborate with team members to achieve department goals and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication Skills: The Customer Service Assistant-I Must Possess Strong Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, To Effectively Interact With Customers And Address Their Concerns.

  • Customer Service Experience: Prior Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Utility Industry, Is A Desired Qualification For The Customer Service Assistant-I Position.

  • Proficient In Technology: The Ideal Candidate Should Be Comfortable Using Various Computer Systems And Software, As Well As Have Experience With Data Entry And Navigating Customer Databases.
