Compliance Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Monitor and evaluate the organization’s compliance to relevant laws and regulations.
2. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures.
3. Conduct research and provide advice on compliance matters.
4. Communicate with other departments to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
5. Review contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. Review reports and data to identify compliance issues and provide corrective action plans.
7. Track and report compliance related metrics to senior management.
8. Stay up to date on changes in applicable laws and regulations.
9. Develop and provide training to staff on applicable laws and regulations.
10. Investigate and respond to complaints related to the organization’s compliance.
