  1. Assist in the development and maintenance of company budgets.
  2. Conduct financial analysis to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with team members to gather data and prepare budget reports.
  4. Monitor and track actual spending against budgeted amounts.
  5. Identify and report any discrepancies or variances in budgeted amounts.
  6. Participate in budget planning meetings and provide input and suggestions.
  7. Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections.
  8. Learn and utilize budgeting software and tools to create and maintain budgets.
  9. Maintain accurate and organized records of budget documents.
  10. Support the team in ad-hoc financial projects and tasks.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in budgeting and finance.
  12. Demonstrate a strong understanding of budgeting principles and financial concepts.
  13. Collaborate with other departments to ensure budget alignment and accuracy.
  14. Communicate effectively with team members and superiors to provide updates and information.
  15. Take initiative and suggest improvements to current budgeting processes.
  16. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
  17. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
