  1. Develop and implement validation protocols and procedures for laboratory equipment and systems used in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Conduct testing and analysis to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify validation risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  4. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot any issues that arise during the validation process.
  5. Maintain accurate documentation of validation activities and results.

  7. Provide guidance and support to other team members on validation processes and procedures.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to provide updates on validation progress and address any concerns.

  10. Continuously evaluate and improve validation processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements, at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Scientific Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Pharmacy.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Validation Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Fda Regulations And Industry Standards For Validation Processes.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills To Identify And Resolve Validation Issues.

  • Ability To Effectively Communicate And Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams To Ensure Successful Validation Of Products And Processes.
