
Trial Patient Payment Associate
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trial Patient Payment Associate to join the team at PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development. Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of trial patient payments.
- Monitor trial patient payment activities to ensure compliance with government regulations and financial services.
- Research and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to trial patient payments.
- Maintain records of all trial patient payments and related documentation.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize payment processes and reduce costs.
- Provide customer service to trial patients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Develop strong relationships with other departments to ensure efficient trial patient payment processes.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
