Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Trial Patient Payment Associate to join the team at PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all trial patient payments are accurate and completed on time.To be successful in this role, you should have strong organizational and analytical skills, as well as experience in the medical field and an understanding of financial services and government regulations. Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure accurate and timely completion of trial patient payments.
  2. Monitor trial patient payment activities to ensure compliance with government regulations and financial services.
  3. Research and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to trial patient payments.
  4. Maintain records of all trial patient payments and related documentation.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to optimize payment processes and reduce costs.
  6. Provide customer service to trial patients and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
  7. Develop strong relationships with other departments to ensure efficient trial patient payment processes.
  8. Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest developments in the field of financial services and government regulations.
  10. Assist with training new team members on trial patient payment processes.
