- Coordinate and lead technology transfer projects from initiation to completion within established timelines and budget.
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, quality control, and regulatory departments, to ensure a smooth and efficient transfer process.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand the technology being transferred and its potential impact on manufacturing processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including FDA, EMA, and ICH guidelines.
- Coordinate technology transfer activities with external partners and vendors, and manage relationships to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures and protocols for technology transfer processes.
- Generate and maintain accurate project documentation, including technical reports, batch records, and change controls.
- Continuously monitor project progress and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Mentor and train team members on project management principles and best practices.
- Participate in meetings and presentations to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
- Maintain a high level of technical knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and advancements.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Science, Engineering, Or Business Administration.
5+ Years Of Experience In Technology Transfer Project Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Regulatory Requirements For Drug Development And Manufacturing.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage Cross-Functional Teams And Stakeholders.
Strong Project Management Skills, Including The Ability To Prioritize Tasks, Manage Timelines, And Deliver Projects On Time And Within Budget.
