  1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients in the pharmaceutical industry.
  2. Utilize technical expertise to assist clients with product-related issues and inquiries.
  3. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely and accurate solutions.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues and improve product performance.
  5. Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify root causes of technical problems and develop effective solutions.
  6. Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and provide recommendations for process improvements.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements to provide the most current and relevant technical support.
  8. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
  9. Document and track all client interactions and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
  10. Act as a subject matter expert for clients and internal teams on technical product information and capabilities.
  11. Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall client experience.
  12. Collaborate with sales and business development teams to identify opportunities for growth and upselling of technical services.
  13. Participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
  14. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and quality standards.
  15. Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Service Or Support Role Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes And Regulations, Including Gmp And Glp.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Analytical Skills, With The Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues And Provide Effective Solutions.

  • Knowledge Of Various Laboratory Equipment And Software Used In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Such As Hplc, Mass Spectrometry, And Lims.
