In this role, you will play a critical role in ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of supplies to support clinical trials across the globe.   1. Coordinate and manage the supply chain process for clinical trial supplies, including inventory management, ordering, and delivery to various sites across the globe.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of supplies to support clinical trials.
  3. Monitor and track inventory levels to ensure adequate supply for ongoing and upcoming trials.
  4. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to provide updates on supply status and resolve any supply-related issues.
  5. Maintain accurate records and documentation of supply orders, deliveries, and inventory levels.
  6. Implement and maintain standard operating procedures for supply chain processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with industry regulations.
  7. Conduct regular audits of supply center operations to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  8. Work with vendors and suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
  9. Train and mentor new team members on supply center processes and procedures.
  10. Stay informed of industry trends and developments related to supply chain management, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety and ethical standards.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  13. Participate in team meetings and provide updates on supply center operations.
  14. Demonstrate a strong attention to detail and accuracy in all supply-related tasks.
  15. Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure timely completion within established timelines.
  16. Stay organized and manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  17. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and cross-functional communication.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or Business Administration.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Supply Chain Or Inventory Management In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Supply Chain Processes And Best Practices, Including Forecasting, Demand Planning, And Inventory Control.

  • Proficiency In Using Supply Chain Software And Systems, Such As Sap Or Oracle, To Track Inventory Levels And Manage Orders.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And External Vendors To Ensure Timely And Efficient Supply Of Materials.
