
Sr. Report Developer, People Analytics
PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development is seeking a talented and dedicated Sr. Report Developer to join our People Analytics team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in data analysis and report development, and be able to quickly learn and use new technologies. The Sr. Report Developer will be responsible for creating, modifying, and maintaining data-driven reports and visualizations to support the People Analytics team in their mission to provide insights that drive the business.To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field, as well as have a minimum of 5 years of experience in report development and data analysis. The candidate must also be experienced in using reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel, and be knowledgeable in SQL programming. In addition to technical expertise, the ideal candidate should have a team-oriented approach and be able to communicate clearly and effectively with other stakeholders.We are looking for a passionate and creative problem-solver with the ability to develop innovative solutions and drive business results.
