(Sr) Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the end-to-end project delivery process and ensure successful completion of all projects within agreed timelines.
2. Plan, manage, and monitor all project activities, resources, and budgets to ensure successful completion of projects.
3. Develop and maintain project plans and schedules, including resource allocations, milestones, and deliverables.
4. Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
5. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with stakeholders, sponsors, and team members.
6. Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and project team members.
7. Facilitate the resolution of conflicts and other issues as they arise.
8. Monitor and analyze project performance and progress and take appropriate corrective actions when needed.
9. Ensure compliance with PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development policies and procedures.
10. Maintain knowledge of industry and business trends, technologies, and best practices.
