  1. Apply a perfect finish to pharmaceutical products using spray finishing techniques.
  2. Ensure that all products meet quality standards and specifications.
  3. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  4. Operate and maintain spray finishing equipment.
  5. Monitor and adjust spray patterns and pressure to achieve desired results.
  6. Perform visual inspections to identify any defects or imperfections in the finished products.
  7. Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
  8. Document all work accurately and maintain production records.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve any production issues related to spray finishing.

  • Experience With Spray Finishing Techniques: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Various Spray Finishing Techniques Such As Electrostatic Spraying, Airless Spraying, And Hvlp Spraying.

  • Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry Regulations: Ppd Is A Leading Pharmaceutical Development Company, And The Spray Finisher Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Industry Regulations And Guidelines, Such As Gmp And Fda Requirements.

  • Attention To Detail: As A Spray Finisher, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Applying Precise And Consistent Coatings To Pharmaceutical Products. Attention To Detail Is Crucial In Ensuring The Quality And Accuracy Of The Finished Product.
