
Site Payments Associate
We are seeking an exceptional Site Payments Associate to join PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development's Finance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of finance processes and regulatory requirements, as well as a passion for providing outstanding customer service.The Site Payments Associate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of the site payments process. This includes ensuring accuracy of payments to investigative sites, as well as the timely and accurate processing of invoices. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, superior organizational abilities, and a desire to work in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications include:• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field• At least three years of experience in a financial services environment• Knowledge of US GAAP and financial regulations• Proven ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other accounting software• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasksIf you are an experienced finance professional with a commitment to excellence and a desire to join a dynamic team, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day activities of the site payments process, including ensuring accuracy of payments to investigative sites and the timely and accurate processing of invoices
• Monitor cash flows and payments to ensure compliance with US GAAP and financial regulations
• Work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to ensure accuracy of financial records
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of payments and invoices
• Analyze financial data and identify trends that may require further investigation
• Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and other accounting software to track payments and invoices
• Monitor changes in financial regulations and adjust processes accordingly
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders
• Prioritize tasks and work independently to meet deadlines
