- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth through effective portfolio management within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Lead and oversee the management of PPD's portfolio, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to gather insights and make informed decisions regarding portfolio strategy.
- Conduct market analysis and stay updated on industry trends to identify potential opportunities and risks for PPD's portfolio.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute portfolio plans and initiatives.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members to ensure effective portfolio management and successful execution of projects.
- Monitor key performance indicators and regularly report on the status of the portfolio to senior management.

Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Portfolio Strategy Management Within The Pharmaceutical Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Drug Development Processes And The Ability To Identify Potential Issues And Risks Within A Portfolio.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Multiple Projects And Initiatives Simultaneously.
