  1. Ensure compliance with all payroll regulations: The Senior Payroll Compliance Analyst will be responsible for staying up-to-date with all local, state, and federal payroll laws and regulations to ensure that PPD is in compliance with all applicable laws.
  2. Conduct regular audits and reviews: This role will be responsible for conducting regular audits and reviews of payroll processes to identify any potential compliance issues and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Monitor changes in payroll laws: The Senior Payroll Compliance Analyst will closely monitor any changes or updates to payroll laws and regulations and make necessary adjustments to PPD's payroll processes to ensure compliance.
  4. Provide guidance and training: This role will serve as a subject matter expert on payroll compliance and will provide guidance and training to HR and payroll teams to ensure all employees are following proper protocols and procedures.
  5. Analyze data and provide recommendations: The Senior Payroll Compliance Analyst will use data analysis to identify trends and patterns in payroll processes and make recommendations for improvements to drive efficiency and accuracy.
  6. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders: This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, including HR, finance, and legal, as well as external auditors and regulatory agencies, to ensure compliance with all payroll regulations.
  7. Maintain accurate records: The Senior Payroll Compliance Analyst will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and documentation to support compliance efforts and provide evidence of compliance during audits.
  8. Identify and resolve compliance issues: In the event of any compliance issues, this role will take a lead in identifying the root cause of the issue and work with relevant teams to implement corrective measures.
  9. Stay informed on industry best practices: The Senior Payroll Compliance Analyst will stay informed on industry best practices and innovative solutions to continuously improve PPD's payroll compliance processes.
  10. Uphold PPD's values and culture: As a representative of PPD, the Senior Payroll Compliance Analyst will uphold the company's values and culture of integrity, accountability, and respect while carrying out their responsibilities

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Payroll Compliance Or Related Field

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal, State, And Local Payroll Laws And Regulations

  • Experience With Large-Scale Payroll Systems, Such As Adp Or Workday

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
