  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support the overall goals and objectives of the organization.
  2. Oversee and manage all HR functions at the site, including employee relations, recruitment and selection, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
  3. Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business needs and provide HR solutions and support to drive organizational success.
  4. Serve as a strategic partner to department managers, providing guidance and support on HR-related issues and initiatives.
  5. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations related to employment.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their full potential.
  7. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to support HR initiatives and programs.
  9. Oversee employee engagement and retention efforts, including conducting surveys, analyzing data, and implementing action plans to improve employee satisfaction.
  10. Collaborate with global HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment of HR practices and policies across the organization.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR, and proactively make recommendations for improvement.
  12. Manage and monitor HR budgets and resources, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  13. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  14. Handle and resolve complex employee relations issues, including investigations and conflict resolution.
  15. Provide support and guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures.
