We are currently seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior HR Manager to join our team and lead our human resources department with passion and expertise.As the Senior HR Manager at PPD, you will play a crucial role in shaping the culture, talent and organizational effectiveness of our company. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies and programs that align with our business objectives and support our growing workforce. We are looking for a strategic leader with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who can build relationships and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization. If you have a proven track record in HR management, a passion for developing talent and ensuring employee satisfaction, and a drive to make a meaningful impact in the pharmaceutical industry, we would love to hear from you.

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies, policies and programs that align with the company's business objectives and support its growing workforce.
  2. Lead and manage the human resources department, overseeing all HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and employee relations.
  3. Serve as a strategic partner to the leadership team, providing guidance and support on all HR matters.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with all levels of the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Develop and maintain a positive company culture that promotes employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
  6. Ensure compliance with all HR laws, regulations, and company policies.
  7. Develop and implement employee development and career growth programs to attract and retain top talent.
  8. Oversee the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and coaching.
  9. Manage employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to managers and employees.
  10. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve HR strategies and processes.
  11. Manage and oversee the HR budget, ensuring cost-effective and efficient use of resources.
  12. Lead and participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives that impact the organization's human resources.
  13. Develop and maintain HR metrics and report on key HR indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  14. Serve as a role model and advocate for the company's values and culture.
  15. Mentor and develop HR team members to ensure their professional growth and success.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Human Resources Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Clinical Research Organization.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or Related Field.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Proven Experience In Developing And Implementing Hr Policies, Procedures, And Programs To Support Business Objectives.

  • Strong Leadership Skills And Ability To Effectively Manage And Mentor A Team Of Hr Professionals.
