Extensive Experience In Customer Service: A Senior Customer Service Representative At Ppd-Pharmaceutical Product Development Should Have A Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Customer Service Role, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
