Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Business, Marketing, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Customer Service Or Client Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Extensive Knowledge Of Drug Development Processes And Regulations, Including Fda Guidelines.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing And Enhancing Customer Relationships.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Handle Complex Customer Inquiries And Complaints.
