
Senior CRA/Principal CRA
At PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior CRA/Principal CRA to join our dynamic team. In this position, you will have the opportunity to lead the development of our clinical research programs and be involved in the planning, execution, and reporting of clinical trials. The successful candidate will have the necessary qualifications, including a degree in a healthcare-related field such as Nursing, Pharmacy, or Biomedical Science, as well as a minimum of 5 years of clinical research experience. Additionally, experience in the management of clinical trials and proficiency in clinical trial database systems are a must.If you are passionate about improving patient health through clinical research and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of clinical research programs to ensure successful execution and reporting of clinical trials.
- Work with clinical research teams to plan and execute clinical trials.
- Maintain clinical trial database systems and ensure accuracy of data.
- Monitor clinical trial progress and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
- Liaise with external vendors and stakeholders to ensure successful completion of clinical trials.
- Develop and present reports to relevant teams and stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during clinical research programs.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior clinical research associates.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and systems.
- Ensure adherence to GCP and other applicable regulations.
