We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Applications Scientist to join our Cell Culture team. As a Senior Applications Scientist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients' drug development programs through your expertise in cell culture techniques and technologies.   1. Conduct cell culture experiments and provide technical support to our clients in the biopharmaceutical industry.
  2. Design and develop innovative cell culture techniques and protocols to support drug discovery and development.
  3. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure successful completion of projects.
  4. Train and mentor junior scientists on cell culture techniques and best practices.
  5. Stay current with industry advancements and incorporate new technologies into our cell culture processes.
  6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects.
  7. Prepare and present research findings to internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Maintain accurate documentation and records of experiments and results.
  9. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  10. Participate in strategic planning and contribute to the development of new initiatives.
  11. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the Cell Culture team.
  12. Represent the company at conferences and industry events to showcase our expertise in cell culture.
  13. Maintain strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
  14. Manage and prioritize multiple projects to meet deadlines.
  15. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on cell culture processes and technologies to internal and external stakeholders.

Job Qualifications
  • Advanced Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Or Molecular Biology.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Research Or Industry Setting, With A Focus On Cell Culture Techniques And Applications.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gmp And Glp Regulations, As Well As Experience With Regulatory Submissions And Audits.

  • Proven Track Record Of Developing And Optimizing Cell Culture Processes For Various Cell Types, Including Primary Cells And Cell Lines.

  • Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Multiple Projects Simultaneously.
