
Scientist, Manufacturing Sciences

- Conduct research and analysis to support the development and manufacturing of pharmaceutical products.
- Utilize your expertise in manufacturing sciences to optimize production processes and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies for improving manufacturing efficiency and product quality.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in drug manufacturing to continuously enhance processes and procedures.
- Design and execute experiments to troubleshoot and resolve manufacturing issues.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing processes.
- Provide training and guidance to junior team members on manufacturing processes and procedures.
- Participate in technology transfer activities and provide support for process validation.
- Generate and maintain accurate and detailed documentation of experiments, results, and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with GMP regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting findings and recommendations to management.
- Continuously identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Proactively identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Collaborate with other departments to support the overall goals and objectives of the company.
- Contribute to the development and review of project plans and timelines.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold company values and standards.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Scientific Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Pharmacy.
Strong Understanding Of Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp) And Regulatory Requirements For Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Experience In Developing And Implementing Manufacturing Processes For Drug Products, Including Process Validation And Optimization.
Familiarity With Analytical Testing Methods And Equipment Used In Pharmaceutical Manufacturing.
Excellent Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Troubleshoot Technical Issues In A Fast-Paced Environment.
