- Process and manage all aspects of product returns and reclamation, including coordinating with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of returns, adhering to all company policies and procedures.
- Communicate with clients and internal teams to provide updates on the status of returns and resolve any concerns or inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Utilize knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry and returns processes to identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of all returns and reclamation activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data related to returns and reclamation, providing insights and recommendations for process improvements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on returns and reclamation processes, providing guidance and support to team members and other departments as needed.
- Proactively identify potential issues or delays in the returns process and take appropriate actions to mitigate them.

- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in regulations related to returns and reclamation, and apply this knowledge to improve processes and ensure compliance.
