- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for PPD's various departments and locations.
- Utilize various recruitment methods, such as job postings, social media, networking, and employee referrals, to source qualified candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone and/or video interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the role.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and ensure a smooth recruitment process.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, HR colleagues, and external recruitment partners.
- Conduct thorough reference and background checks for selected candidates.
- Continuously review and improve the recruitment process to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and a positive candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to constantly improve recruitment strategies and techniques.
- Represent PPD at career fairs, industry events, and other recruitment-related activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data and reports to track progress and measure success.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements, in the recruitment and selection process.
- Promote PPD's values and culture throughout the recruitment process and ensure that diversity and inclusion are considered in all hiring decisions.
- Act as a brand ambassador for PPD and promote the company's mission and vision to potential candidates.
- Participate in onboarding and orientation activities for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the organization.
- Collaborate with the HR team on other projects and initiatives as needed.
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Recruiting, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Recruitment Best Practices And Knowledge Of Current Market Trends.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships With Candidates And Hiring Managers.
Proficiency In Applicant Tracking Systems And Other Recruitment Software.
