Job Description

Are you a highly organized individual with a passion for project support? PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development is looking for a Project Support Coordinator to join our team and help ensure our projects are completed on schedule. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to project teams and helping to ensure successful completion of our projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of administrative experience in a professional setting and a strong understanding of project coordination. If you have the necessary qualifications and are looking to join a passionate and fast-paced team, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with project teams to ensure successful completion of projects.
  2. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to project teams.
  3. Assist with project planning and scheduling.
  4. Maintain and update project-related documentation.
  5. Manage project budgets and monitor expenses.
  6. Track project milestones and report any changes to the project team.
  7. Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and other events related to the project.
  8. Provide administrative support to the project teams, such as preparing reports, presentations, and other materials.
  9. Manage communication between project teams and other stakeholders.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
