  1. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and regulatory guidelines.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential new products or product improvements.
  3. Conduct market research to assess the competitive landscape and identify potential opportunities for growth.
  4. Develop and implement product strategies to drive sales and revenue growth.
  5. Monitor and analyze market trends and provide insights to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  6. Work closely with internal teams to ensure products are developed and launched in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Act as a subject matter expert for product-related inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders.
  8. Conduct product trainings for internal teams and external clients as needed.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and industry experts to stay informed on the latest developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
  10. Monitor and report on product performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
  11. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and company policies.
  12. Travel to conferences, trade shows, and client meetings as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, Or Other Life Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Industry, Preferably In A Product Specialist Or Similar Role.

  • Strong Understanding Of Drug Development Processes And Industry Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication Skills, Both Written And Verbal, With The Ability To Effectively Present Complex Information To Clients And Colleagues.

  • Proven Ability To Analyze Data And Make Informed Decisions, With A Strong Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
