  1. Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment in compliance with company safety and quality standards.
  2. Monitor and record production processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  3. Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and production issues.
  4. Follow standard operating procedures and manufacturing protocols to ensure consistency and quality in production.
  5. Collaborate with quality control and assurance teams to ensure adherence to product specifications and regulatory requirements.
  6. Keep accurate records of production activities and maintain inventory levels of materials and supplies.
  7. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes and increase efficiency.
  8. Adhere to all safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work area to prevent contamination and ensure a safe working environment.
  10. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth production processes.
  11. Attend training sessions and stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies.
  12. Comply with all company policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to attendance, punctuality, and documentation.
  13. Take responsibility for personal and professional development by actively seeking out opportunities for growth and improvement.
  14. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude and contribute to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
