- Assist in the management and coordination of essential documents for clinical trials, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in regards to documentation.
- Work closely with the team to maintain and update document tracking systems.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure all documents are up-to-date and in line with company and industry standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control processes and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of documents.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to resolve any document-related issues or discrepancies.
- Participate in training and educational programs to develop a thorough understanding of relevant regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Support the team in the review and approval of documents, as needed.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and responsibilities.
- Proactively identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Bachelor's Degree In A Related Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.
Strong Organizational Skills And Attention To Detail.
Familiarity With Document Management Systems And/Or Electronic Data Capture Systems.
Ability To Work Independently And As Part Of A Team In A Fast-Paced Environment.
