  1. Design, implement, and maintain network and telecommunications systems to support the needs of the organization and its clients.
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot network and telecommunications issues to ensure maximum uptime and minimal disruptions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions to improve network and telecommunications performance.
  4. Maintain and update network and telecommunications documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
  5. Conduct regular network and telecommunications audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend necessary updates and improvements.
  6. Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in network and telecommunications technology.
  8. Manage vendor relationships and contracts related to network and telecommunications systems.
  9. Participate in project planning and execution for network and telecommunications infrastructure upgrades and expansions.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on network and telecommunications processes and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Telecommunications, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Network Engineering And Telecommunications.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Network Infrastructure And Understanding Of Protocols Such As Tcp/Ip, Mpls, And Bgp.

  • Proficiency In Configuring And Troubleshooting Network Devices, Including Routers, Switches, And Firewalls.

  • Experience Working In A Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Environment Is Preferred.
