- Provide technical support and expertise to clients using our NanoPort technology.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or concerns raised by clients.
- Conduct regular maintenance and testing of NanoPort technology to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new features and improvements for NanoPort technology.
- Conduct training sessions for clients on the proper use and maintenance of NanoPort technology.
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in NanoPort technology to provide the most up-to-date support to clients.
- Communicate with clients to gather feedback and suggestions for improvement of NanoPort technology.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all service and support activities.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing services to clients.
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Travel to client sites as needed to provide on-site technical support.
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to management for prompt resolution.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and procedures related to NanoPort technology and client support.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential new clients and provide technical expertise during sales presentations.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with NanoPort technology.
Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In A Technical Support Or Field Service Role.
Strong Knowledge Of Pharmaceutical Industry And Regulations.
Experience With Troubleshooting And Repairing Complex Equipment.
