Medical Director
PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development is seeking an experienced Medical Director to join our team. We are looking for an innovative and collaborative leader who is passionate about the medical aspects of drug development. The Medical Director is responsible for providing medical and scientific guidance to ensure the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products. The ideal candidate has a medical degree, a minimum of 5 years' experience in pharmaceutical R&D, and a strong knowledge of clinical development and regulatory requirements. The Medical Director must be able to provide medical and scientific leadership and expertise in the development and execution of clinical development plans. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide medical and scientific guidance to ensure the safety and efficacy of pharmaceutical products.
- Develop and execute clinical development plans.
- Monitor clinical development activities to ensure they are in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide medical and scientific leadership and expertise.
- Advise and support the development of clinical trial protocols and clinical study reports.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical and scientific developments in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Collaborate effectively with other medical and scientific professionals.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders.
- Act as a mentor and leader to other medical and scientific staff.
- Develop and present presentations on medical and scientific topics.

• Board Certification In A Relevant Specialty
