- Lead and supervise a team of operators to ensure efficient and timely production of pharmaceutical products.
- Develop and implement production schedules, ensuring that all deadlines are met.
- Train and mentor new team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Monitor and maintain quality control measures to ensure products meet industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as quality assurance and supply chain, to ensure smooth production processes.

Experience In Manufacturing Operations: The Ideal Candidate For A Manufacturing Lead Operator At Ppd Should Have A Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Manufacturing Operations, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of Production Processes, Equipment Operation, And Quality Control Procedures.
Leadership Skills: The Role Of A Manufacturing Lead Operator Requires Strong Leadership Skills To Effectively Manage A Team Of Operators And Technicians. The Candidate Should Possess Excellent Communication, Problem-Solving, And Decision-Making Abilities, As Well As The Ability To Motivate And Train Team Members.
