We are currently seeking a highly qualified and experienced Manager, Quality to join our team and lead our quality initiatives. As the Manager, Quality, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, efficacy, and compliance of our products.   1. Develop and implement quality management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  2. Oversee and manage the quality assurance and quality control processes for all pharmaceutical products.
  3. Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
  4. Conduct audits and inspections to identify any quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the entire product development process.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  7. Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement in quality processes.
  8. Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality standards are met for all incoming materials.
  9. Participate in the selection and qualification of contract organizations and vendors.
  10. Continuously review and update quality systems and processes to ensure continuous improvement.
  11. Communicate and report quality-related issues to upper management and recommend solutions.
  12. Manage and maintain quality assurance documentation and records.
  13. Conduct training programs to ensure all team members are aware of and compliant with quality standards.
  14. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in quality management and incorporate them into the company's processes.
  15. Foster a culture of quality and excellence within the organization.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Chemistry, Biology, Or Pharmaceutical Sciences.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Quality Management, Preferably In A Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Company.

  • Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Industry Standards, Such As Fda Regulations And Good Manufacturing Practices (Gmp).

  • Strong Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team Of Quality Professionals.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Identify And Address Quality Issues In A Timely Manner.
