In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient handling of logistics and order processing for our company.   1. Manage and oversee the logistics and order processing operations for the company.
  2. Develop and implement efficient and effective processes for receiving, storing, and shipping pharmaceutical products.
  3. Collaborate with internal teams, such as procurement and sales, to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
  4. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock levels.
  5. Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies in regards to shipping and handling of pharmaceutical products.
  6. Train and supervise a team of logistics and order processing staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  7. Communicate with vendors, customers, and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or discrepancies in orders or deliveries.
  8. Monitor and analyze logistics and order processing data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  9. Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of products.
  10. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in logistics and order processing, and make recommendations for process improvements.
  11. Manage and track departmental budgets and expenses.
  12. Collaborate with other departments, such as finance and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  13. Handle any escalated issues or complaints from customers or vendors in a timely and professional manner.
  14. Participate in company meetings and strategic planning sessions to provide input and make recommendations for improvements.
  15. Uphold the company's values and mission, and act as a positive representative of the company both internally and externally.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Logistics And Order Processing, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Gmp (Good Manufacturing Practices) And Fda Regulations.

  • Experience Managing A Team And Overseeing Logistics Operations, Including Order Processing, Inventory Management, And Distribution.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Prioritize Tasks And Meet Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
