  1. Conduct research and analysis on drug development processes and trends in the life sciences industry.
  2. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders in the pharmaceutical industry.
  3. Utilize expertise in life sciences to provide strategic guidance and support for drug development projects.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including scientists, project managers, and business development professionals.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and guidelines related to drug development.
  6. Identify potential risks and challenges in drug development and provide recommendations for mitigation.
  7. Analyze data and draw conclusions to support decision-making for drug development projects.
  8. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and management regarding project progress and updates.
  9. Support the development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and quality of drug development.
  10. Participate in industry events and conferences to stay current with advancements in the life sciences field.
  11. Train and mentor junior team members on drug development processes and industry best practices.
  12. Contribute to the overall mission and goals of the organization by actively supporting the advancement of healthcare through pharmaceutical research.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Life Science Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacology.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, With A Focus On Clinical Research And Drug Development.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Ich Guidelines, And Gcp Requirements.

  • Experience In Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams, Including Project Management And Communication Skills.

  • Expertise In Data Analysis And Interpretation, With Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas Or R.
