Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In A Relevant Life Science Field Such As Biology, Chemistry, Or Pharmacology.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotechnology Industry, With A Focus On Clinical Research And Drug Development.
Strong Knowledge Of Fda Regulations, Ich Guidelines, And Gcp Requirements.
Experience In Managing And Leading Cross-Functional Teams, Including Project Management And Communication Skills.
Expertise In Data Analysis And Interpretation, With Proficiency In Statistical Software Such As Sas Or R.
