  1. Oversee and manage all legal entities and corporate governance requirements for PPD's global operations.
  2. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies related to legal entities.
  3. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of PPD's legal structure and corporate organization.
  4. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve legal entity-related issues and concerns.
  5. Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact PPD's legal entities and make necessary adjustments.
  6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all legal entity-related documents and information.
  7. Coordinate with external legal counsel and advisors as needed.
  8. Provide guidance and support to other departments on legal entity-related matters.
  9. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with legal entity requirements.
  10. Communicate with relevant government agencies and regulatory bodies regarding legal entity matters.
  11. Implement and maintain processes to streamline legal entity management and improve efficiency.
  12. Train and educate team members on legal entity management best practices.
  13. Stay updated on industry trends and developments related to legal entity management.
  14. Proactively identify and mitigate any potential legal entity risks.
  15. Represent PPD in legal entity-related meetings and discussions with external parties.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Finance, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Corporate Legal Entity Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Corporate Legal Entity Structures, Regulations, And Compliance Requirements.

  • Excellent Organizational And Project Management Skills, With The Ability To Manage Multiple Legal Entities In Different Jurisdictions.

  • Experience With Legal Entity Governance, Including Drafting Bylaws, Resolutions, And Maintaining Corporate Records.
