IP Counsel

We are looking for an IP Counsel to join the team at PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development and help us protect our intellectual property. In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and performing the necessary research and analysis of IP documents.You should possess a strong knowledge of IP law and regulations, including copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secret law. Responsibilities:

-Advise on all aspects of intellectual property law, including copyright, patent, trademark, and trade secret law -Conduct legal research and analysis of IP documents -Prepare and review IP contracts, agreements, and other legal documents -Monitor new developments in IP law and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations -Educate and advise internal stakeholders on IP matters -Ensure protection of IP assets across all business areas -Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve IP disputes -Provide strategic advice and counsel on IP-related matters -Contribute to the development of IP policies and procedures
