We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Global Compliance Program Specialist to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our company adheres to all legal and regulatory guidelines in the pharmaceutical industry.   1. Develop and maintain the global compliance program for the organization, in line with industry regulations and guidelines.
  2. Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  3. Collaborate with various departments to ensure that all company policies and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
  4. Stay up-to-date with changes in industry regulations and communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
  5. Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
  6. Investigate and report any compliance violations or concerns, and provide recommendations for improvement.
  7. Develop and implement compliance monitoring systems to track and measure the company's compliance with regulations.
  8. Act as a point of contact for external regulatory bodies and respond to any inquiries or requests for information.
  9. Conduct due diligence on third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance with company standards.
  10. Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of compliance-related matters.
  11. Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
  12. Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
  13. Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of the compliance program and make recommendations for enhancements.
  14. Communicate compliance updates and requirements to all relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
  15. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Law, Business, Or Healthcare Administration.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Legal, Or Regulatory Affairs In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Compliance Regulations And Standards, Including Fda Regulations, Ich Guidelines, And International Laws Such As The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Regulations And Develop Effective Compliance Strategies.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
