- Develop and maintain the global compliance program for the organization, in line with industry regulations and guidelines.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential compliance issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure that all company policies and procedures are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in industry regulations and communicate any updates or changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Train and educate employees on compliance policies and procedures to promote a culture of compliance within the organization.
- Investigate and report any compliance violations or concerns, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Develop and implement compliance monitoring systems to track and measure the company's compliance with regulations.
- Act as a point of contact for external regulatory bodies and respond to any inquiries or requests for information.
- Conduct due diligence on third-party vendors and partners to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely reporting of compliance-related matters.
- Participate in internal and external audits and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Participate in the development and implementation of company-wide policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Continuously assess and improve the effectiveness of the compliance program and make recommendations for enhancements.
- Communicate compliance updates and requirements to all relevant stakeholders, including senior management.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Law, Business, Or Healthcare Administration.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Compliance, Legal, Or Regulatory Affairs In The Pharmaceutical Or Healthcare Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Global Compliance Regulations And Standards, Including Fda Regulations, Ich Guidelines, And International Laws Such As The Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Regulations And Develop Effective Compliance Strategies.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Communicate Effectively With Stakeholders At All Levels Of The Organization.
