FP&A Manager

At PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development, we are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced FP&A Manager to join our Accounting & Finance team. Our ideal candidate is a creative problem-solver who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and is able to collaborate with a wide variety of individuals and teams.We are looking for someone who is an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who is able to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner. The successful candidate will have a strong background in financial planning & analysis and will be able to develop and implement effective strategies for analyzing financial performance and forecasting future results.The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a financial planning & analysis role. Additionally, experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in a professional services organization is preferred. Above all, we are looking for someone who is passionate about their work and is committed to helping PPD-Pharmaceutical Product Development reach its financial goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and manage the financial planning and analysis processes, including forecasting, budgeting, and performance reporting
2. Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations based on findings
3. Monitor financial risks and opportunities, and develop strategies to mitigate them
4. Prepare and present financial reports and analyses to senior management
5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely financial data
6. Manage and develop financial models for long-term planning
7. Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
8. Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
9. Streamline existing processes and procedures to improve efficiency
10. Facilitate the development of sound financial policies and procedures
