  8. Monitor contract performance: Monitor contract performance and make recommendations for improvements or changes as needed.
  9. Identify cost-saving opportunities: Identify opportunities for cost-saving and efficiency in contract processes and negotiations.
  10. Stay updated: Stay informed about changes in laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact contract management and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Legal Studies, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Contract Management, Preferably In The Pharmaceutical Or Biotech Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Contract Law, Negotiation Skills, And Attention To Detail.

  • Familiarity With Regulatory Requirements And Compliance In The Pharmaceutical Industry.

  • Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Various Stakeholders And Manage Multiple Contracts Simultaneously.
